This is a leadership development programme like no other – intensive, rigorous and incredibly diverse. You’ll develop your skills and competencies, gaining experience and knowledge of our work through a series of challenging business placements, each lasting between six and 12 months. With world-class training and mentoring, as well as hands-on experience of complex projects, the full programme can last up to five years. If you have at least a 2:2 degree in any subject or a postgraduate certificate (pgc) with a business or management focus, a place on this sought after programme will give you an incredible opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills you need to take on a senior leadership role in British intelligence.
This is a unique programme for people with non-STEM degrees who have a natural interest in technology. Our bespoke ‘Inside Out’ course gives you access to intensive training, expert tuition and state-of-the-art facilities to become a professional Software Developer in just nine months. You’ll gain practical experience working across the full software engineering life cycle as you develop creative solutions to complex problems. Then you’ll move to our Manchester office to tackle business-critical challenges. To join, you’ll need at least a 2:2 degree in any non-STEM subject, along with a passion for technology and the character to work well in a team.
